The Hot Hatch That Defined a Generation
The Golf GTI Mk2 carried forward the idea that a practical hatchback could also be genuinely exciting to drive. Produced through the 1980s and early 1990s, it refined the formula that had already made the GTI badge famous. Lightweight, sharp, and versatile, it became a benchmark for everyday performance cars across Europe. This brick version celebrates one of the most beloved hot hatches ever made.
