The TT began as a concept shown at the 1995 Frankfurt Motor Show, where its clean, rounded design immediately attracted attention. They soon turned the concept into a production car, creating a sports coupé and roadster that stood out from almost every other car of its era. Inspired by the streamlined shapes of classic racing cars, the TT became known for its circular details, minimalist interior, and distinctive aluminium-style fuel cap.
