The Shark-Nosed Grand Tourer

The 635CSi was introduced in 1978 as the flagship of the E24 6 Series range. Its 3.5-litre inline-six engine, rear-wheel drive, long bonnet, and famous “shark nose” styling gave it the perfect combination of grand-touring comfort and sporting character. The model also featured advanced equipment for its time, including electronic fuel injection, ABS, and an onboard computer. The manufacturer even used the 635CSi as the basis for two Art Cars, created by artists Ernst Fuchs and Robert Rauschenberg. Our brick model recreates the elegant lines and unmistakable presence of this classic coupé.
